Tamana Chona, a qualified nursery teacher, marathon runner, and recipient of the National Award, was born as a spastic child with cerebral palsy. She has also been honoured with the Ambassador for Peace Award by the Universal Peace Federation. Despite many handicaps, her unyielding spirit has helped her become a landmark for other disabled children.
