Ram Ganglani joined the family business in 1965 in Nigeria. He was obsessed with positive thinking and this impacted his level of confidence each time there was an opportunity to start a fresh venture in a new territory. Ram therefore became instrumental in helping the family start new businesses in Ivory Coast, Spain, United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates, over the last four decades. Ram’s deep desire to be involved in the field of personal development was realized in Dubai, U.A.E. in 1993 when he set up Right Selection.
