Dr. Gian Kumar, PhD, is an Indian writer, columnist, speaker and bestselling author of five books. He was born in a traditional Hindu family in Burma (now Myanmar) and later moved to India. The inherent confusion and chaos underlying religion (which he found dogmatic) gradually propelled him towards spirituality, which proved to be a revelation and provided him inner peace and tranquillity. He has written five books: Spiritual Power: The Mask of the Absolute – Volume 2, Spiritual Power: Being and Becoming – Volume 1, Know Thyself, Think from the Heart and Love from the Mind and The Ultimate Reality. He lives with his family in New Delhi and also in his spiritual home at Rishikesh (in Uttarakhand).
